About Arthur Dent

I was born in Orlando, Florida, one of five kids. I wanted to experience new things, so joined the U.S. Navy and served for 26 years, serving on destroyers and deploying with Carrier Strike groups.

The number one reason I became a Narrator and why I love Audiobooks so much, is I have always enjoyed reading. I loved reading comic books, encyclopedias, and fiction, which I checked out from the local community library.

A fun fact about me is that I love to travel, and I love visiting historical places. When I am not narrating or acting, I’m sacking Clan Castles in “Clash of Clans.”

Client Feedback

Idlewild by Scott Pellerito

All my listeners loved your narration of Idlewild and said you was the best out of all four of my books.

Under betrayal Battleground Vietnam by Eric Meyer

Eric Meyer’s novel paints a detailed picture putting you in the middle of the action of the Vietnam war. Arthur Dent’s narration brings that picture to life. Gripping tale of a brave soldier not only fighting the enemy, but corruption within. This is an intriguing story that will keep you on the edge of your seat!

The Journey a Memoir by John Dearman

I have had many people tell me you sound just like me during your narration of my book.   Thank you so much for the great job you did, I love your voice.
